RotoClone® W

Designed for combustible and explosive dust, RotoClone® W wet dust collectors combine a small footprint with high efficiency dust extraction by using water to render hazardous particles inert and safely remove them from the airstream.

Designed for non-combustible applications, RotoClone® N has been specially designed to handle sticky dust in industries with high humidity processes while ensuring continuous operation. 

RotoClone® W​

The RotoClone® W wet dust collector blends wet collection technology with an integrated centrifugal fan to deliver a compact, cost-effective solution for hot, moist gas streams and sticky particulate. Its unique design uses a fine water film and centrifugal action to capture even the finest dust without the need for traditional filter media like cartridges or bags. This continuous-operation system is ideal for handling light loadings of granular dust, mist, and hygroscopic particles in applications such as food processing, industrial kitchens, rubber and plastics production, and other demanding industrial environments. With its small footprint, minimal maintenance requirements, and certifications for hazardous atmospheres, the RotoClone® W is a versatile choice where space is limited and efficiency is essential.

RotoClone® N

The RotoClone® N model is specifically designed for sticky dust applications and high-humidity environments where conventional dry collectors struggle. It is recommended for moderate and heavy dust loads and continuous service applications. Available in a range of sizes, RotoClone® N units can handle high airflow while maintaining continuous operation without frequent clogging. 

Steep sides in the hopper minimize material build-up, while the sludge ejector mechanism provides easy removal of collected material. The ejector assembly is designed for heavy-duty service and driven by a small geared motor. A slow chain speed, combined with a long steep ejector chute assures effective dewatering of the solid material as it is ejected. Scrubbing water is conserved and make-up water is reduced.

Its robust construction and simple water-based dust capture mechanism make it ideal for machining, metalworking, food processing, and similar applications where moisture and particulate coexist.
